2. Evaluate students through the use of exams, assignments and practical components.
3. Curriculum development duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE

Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities (QSA)
1. Diploma or Degree in related field (i.e. Hotel & Restaurant Administration, Business Administration, Tourism) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. Two years’ recent/relevant experience in management or supervisory position in food services, hotel, resort or restaurant.
3. Effective instructional ability.
4. Effective interpersonal skills.
5. Effective communication skills (oral & written).
6. Demonstrates valuing diversity.
