Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities (QSA) | 1. Diploma or Degree in related field (i.e. Hotel & Restaurant Administration, Business Administration, Tourism) or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2. Two years’ recent/relevant experience in management or supervisory position in food services, hotel, resort or restaurant. 3. Effective instructional ability. 4. Effective interpersonal skills. 5. Effective communication skills (oral & written). 6. Demonstrates valuing diversity. |
