Job Duties/Qualifications, Skills and Abilities(QSA)
Job Duties | This position requires a highly skilled and motivated individual to provide quality and relevant training in a variety of food service management, nutrition, and food related courses. 1. Instruction and curriculum development of a variety of courses in the Food and Nutrition Management Program. 2. Evaluate student progress and provide feedback. 3. Participate in the development, maintenance and revision of curriculum. 4. Participate in program, campus, SaskPolytech, industry and other professional or other stakeholders’ activities. |

Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities (QSA) | 1. Food and Nutrition Management Diploma 2. Current membership in the Saskatchewan Dietetics Association. 3. Two years’ recent/relevant experience in dietetics. 4. Effective communication skills (oral and written). 5. Effective problem solving skills. 6. Effective team building and conflict management skills. 7. Demonstrates valuing diversity. 8. Demonstrated competence and recent experience in the use of the internet, e-mail, MS Office Suite software and the ability to learn and adapt to changing technology. 9. Ability to work as a team member in an ever-changing environment. |
