1.Teach, coach and supervise students of the Registered Nursing Bridging Internationally Educated Nurses and Re-entry Programs during online theory instruction and clinical or lab settings
2. Evaluate student progress and provide feedback.
3. Assist in marking assignments.
4. Participate in program, School of Nursing, SaskPolytech, industry and professional or other stakeholder activities.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE

Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities (QSA)
1. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. Eligible for registration (active status) with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS) .
3. Minimum of two years recent and relevant nursing/teaching experience.
4. Effective communication (oral and written), interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to apply the theory, practices and principles of adult education.
6. Small group facilitation skills and leading, modeling and teaching interaction skills.
7. Ability to arrange, maintain and evaluate resources.
8. Demonstrated competence and recent experience in the use of the internet, e-mail, MS Office Suite software and ability to learn and adapt to changing technology.
9. Ability to function as a team member in an ever-changing environment.
10. Demonstrates valuing diversity.
