  1. Work with the WITT (Women in Trades and Technology) program head to coordinate and implement WITT programs.
  2. Provide instruction in programs as required.
  3. Provide appropriate documentation and follow-up reports.
  4. Provide guidance and advice to girls and women in respect to women in careers in trades or technology.
  5. Travel required.

  1. Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities (QSA
  2. Grade 12 or equivalent.
  3. Completion of a pre-employment program and/or two years’ of apprenticeship in a recognized/designated industrial trade, OR a recognized technology diploma or recent equivalent experience.
  4. Two years’ recent and relevant work experience (within the last five years).
  5. Familiarity with WITT philosophy and operations.
  6. Effective instructional ability.
  7. Effective interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills, and computer skills.
  8. Ability to work with girls and women in a structured/non-structured setting.
  9. Demonstrates valuing diversity.
