Job Duties/Qualifications, Skills and Abilities(QSA)
Job Duties | Under the direction of the Saskatchewan Polytechnic Classroom and Video Technologies Supervisor, this position is a key member of the Saskatchewan Polytechnic Audio Visual Services/Media Production teams and will provide on-site support for AV/Media services. Includes assisting the technicians with room set ups, installations, video conference support, CCTV tech support, live event tech support, presentation equipment maintenance and inventory control, office duties and assistance for the media production team with the development and delivery of Saskatchewan Polytechnic educational programming. |

Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities (QSA) | 1. Completed grade 12. 2. Basic knowledge of video conference equipment and audio visual equipment. 3. Entry level knowledge of MS Office Suite and common office procedures. 4. Effective communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. 5. Demonstrates valuing diversity. 6. Ability to lift and transport heavy objects (30 lbs). 7. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. |
