Special Instructions to Applicants | Casual positions most often assist with facilitating instructor led clinical practice education, simulation/lab experiences, and marking of assignments. Job Duties/Qualifications, Skills and Abilities(QSA)
Job Duties | 1. Facilitate program delivery by tutoring and supporting students in the theory component; facilitating psychomotor skills labs and clinical experience as required. 2. Assist with coordination of clinical experiences. 3. Provide student support and counselling to facilitate student success. 4. Evaluate and monitor student progress and program effectiveness. 5. Facilitate effective and efficient program administration. 6. Assist with revision of curriculum as needed. 7. Develop and maintain agency/community relations. 8. Participate in providing Quality Assurance for brokered deliveries. |

Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities (QSA) | 1. Bachelors degree in Nursing or in a related field (Master’s degree preferred). 2. Two years recent and relevant clinical practice in operating room nursing. 3. Eligible for registration (active status) with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan. 4. Ability to support students in online development and delivery (i.e. Desire2Learn/Brightspace or other online education platforms). 5. Effective communication (oral and written) skills. 6. Effective interpersonal and problem-solving skills. 7. Ability to function as a team member in an ever-changing environment 8. Demonstrated competence and recent experience in the use of the internet, e-mail, MS Office Suite software and ability to learn and adapt to changing technology. 9. Demonstrates valuing diversity. |
